Broadway Tech Centre

CWMM worked as Structural Consultants for this project. The Broadway Tech Centre has received the Excellence in Commercial/Office Development award from the Urban Development Institute in 2002, and the NAIOP Award of Excellence in the Comprehensive Development Category.

Vancouver Flight Kitchen Facility Expansion

CWMM acted as Structural Engineers for this recently completed addition to Cara Operations Flight Kitchen at YVR. The 33,000 square foot addition and major renovation (including seismic upgrade) was completed as a Design Build Project at a construction cost of $12 million.

Sears Canada Inc. at Hillside Centre

A 140,000 square foot commercial centre located in Victoria, B.C. CWMM worked as Structural Consultants for this seismic upgrade and renovation project. This $8 million dollars Sears Reconstruction at Hillside Centre received a VRCA 2003 Award of Excellence.

Jiangsu Broadcasting Centre

CWMM has begun to expand our operation in the Asian countries. One of our recent projects is the TV Station in Nanjing, China. The above is the design competition model for this project.
